In 1991, Ray joined ONE Productions better known as Super 1 Radio at that time. He was responsible, amongst others, for the setting up of Super 1 Radio. As the radio manager, he looks after the running of the station and he creates also programs. In charge of training of presentation staff and today he continues to head most successful radio station on the islands.

Ray has a multifaceted personality, as he is a little bit into everything: he went to the University of Malta to study medicine, he attended courses in broadcasting at London and he also graduated in music.

From a more personal point of view, Ray is keen on classical music and science books. Besides being a music teacher he also loves swimming and travelling. Amongst his friends he values their loyalty and enjoys sea-food cuisine. He sees his job as a hobby and at the same time like a mission. Ray really enjoys working at ONE thanks to the positive work atmosphere and he does his job with passion.
