ONE Productions has throughout the years been committed to meet its mission statement, namely, that of seeking to provide a comprehensive audio-visual coverage, both from the focused and the widespread perspective of our audience by offering an inclusive, informative, educational and recreational content to the widest possible spectrum of the society.

These last three years ONE Productions has evolved on all fronts to effectively meet these goals.

The emphasis at ONE has been to seek and pursue quality. To achieve this, we refurbished the workplace and increased, refurbished and upgraded our studio facilities. These four studios were brought in line with the latest technology. New digital triax cameras, digital vision and audio mixers were introduced in their respective control rooms.

ONE today has six interconnected editing suites allowing for versatility, contemporary simultaneous editing by multiple operators and easy tape-less flow of work, from ingestion to transfer for transmission.

Our central control room, or popularly known as the presentation room, has been fully automated and the transmission of the schedule, adverts and promotions is controlled by a play list which takes place from a centralised server. 

Today ONE  has a full fixed link digital transmission base and is now capable, through the recent set up of a mobile digital link network, to transmit simultaneously and contemporarily 8 video signals and 32 audio channels from 4 different sites.

ONE has endeavoured to deliver better quality through the technological upgrades as far as picture quality is concerned. Contemporarily One content quality has been addressed, as is evident in viewership and listenership surveys.

In the coming months, ONE will endeavour to be assigned the necessary bandwidth by the competent authorities so as to enable it to start transmitting its content, free to air, in digital format. This assignment will open an avenue for ONE Productions to have a second schematic digital TV station on air.

ONE will, in the coming months, move towards implementing a migration towards a high definition production and transmission of its content. 

The latest technology is being embraced as it becomes available to the industry.
